Mini Law School

In this always popular Mini Law School public lecture, Schulich School of Law Professor Faye Woodman will discuss what can happen if you die without a will, why it’s important to have one, and what to think about in special circumstances such as getting divorced, living common law, and providing for a disabled family member. She’ll also cover how to bequeath beloved pets and the grey area of what happens to “digital assets” such as your Facebook and LinkedIn accounts after your death.
