Discussions will inform Dalhousie’s Diversity & Inclusiveness Strategy which identifies four priorities:
1) Climate and Intergroup Relations: contributing to a campus culture that fosters a climate of respect and inclusion;
2) Student Access and Success: improving educational equity and support for historically under-represented/served students;
3) Education and Research: creating more diverse and inclusive academic programs and classroom practices; and
4) Organizational Vitality and Viability: enhancing institutional ability to achieve equity, diversity and inclusion goals.
