Every Day Mindfulness

Mindfulness seems to be on all the lists of ways to improve your life but what is it?  This introduction to mindfulness will explore exactly that.  In this 50 min workshop, we will explore together what mindfulness is but most importantly, how it can be incorporated into everyday life.  It is about being present and not getting carried away with your thoughts.  Join Tyler Hall, MEd (Counselling), Student success Advisor, as we work together to help improve our overall wellbeing through various mindfulness techniques.
