Overcoming Anxiety 101: Group 3

Overcoming Anxiety 101 is an evidence-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy group that helps individual's gain the skills and tools needed to manage their anxiety. Participants identify and challenge thoughts that lead to anxiety, and learn exposure and coping techniques to help face your fears. Each Overcoming Anxiety group will include 7 weekly sessions. Participation is always voluntary.
