Evidence Synthesis Community of Practice - meeting

Do you regularly work on evidence synthesis projects? Do you want to learn more about the field? If this sounds like you, the Maritime SPOR SUPPORT Unit and the Nova Scotia Site of Cochrane Canada invite you to join a new Evidence Synthesis Community of Practice in Halifax. We hold one informal meeting per month where members will present projects on evidence synthesis methods and projects, share works in progress, and make connections with colleagues. Academics, researchers, librarians, students, and research assistants are all welcome to join.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 7, 2:30-4:00PM in Room 311 of the Collaborative Health Education Building on Dalhousie campus (5793 University Ave). The first hour will follow a set agenda, including a methods presentation, and the last half hour of the meeting will be designated as free time to network with your colleagues. We'll let you know the topic of the methods presentation once we've confirmed it. If you plan on attending, or if you would like to stay in the loop for future meetings, RSVP to Leah Boulos, MSSU Evidence Synthesis Coordinator (LeahM.Boulos@nshealth.ca). We also encourage you to circulate the attached flyer. We look forward to connecting with you!
