7th Annual Mawio'mi

This year’s Mawio’mi will be preceded by a ceremony marking the permanent installation of the Mi’kmaq flag on Dalhousie’s Studley Campus at 9:30am.
 
SCHEDULE:
11:30am-12:00pm: Opening Remarks in Studley Quad*
12:00pm-12:45pm: Traditional Feast & Traditional art/craft display
in University Hall, MacDonald Building (top floor)
1:00pm-4:00pm: Grand Entry and Mawio’mi

Invited Drums: Smokey Point & Stoney Bear
Emcee: Michael R. Denny
Head Male Dancer: Armando Lucio
Head Female Dancer: Chasity Lucio
