Men's Curling 

Over the last two weeks the men's curling team has been participating in the FISU World University Games. After going 6-2 in the round robin the guys faced eventual gold medallists Great Britain in the semifinals. Team Purcell fell to Team GB 6-4 sending them to the bronze medal game against Switzerland.
A close bronze medal game had the two teams tied going into the final end when skip Owen Purcell made a highlight reel runback double to steal the bronze medal.

Women's Basketball 

The Tigers faced a tough UNB team twice this weekend, failling to the REDS in both games.

Men's Basketball 

Second-year commerce student Malcolm Christie put an exclamation point on the Tigers weekend, slaming home a dunk to beat the REDS for the second straight game.

Women's Hockey 

It was a weekend of two's for the women's hockey team as they won both of their games this weekend and two players had two goals in each game.

Men's Hockey 

The men's hockey team extended their win streak this weekend with a 2-0 win over UPEI at home. 

Tigers blank UPEI 2-0

Women's Volleyball 

The Tigers extended their win streak to 11 this weekend to remain top of the standings.

Track and Field

The track and field team participated in the Athletics Nova Scotia Indoor Open this weekend at the Canada Game Centre.
