Know someone who has a rich sport history with the Tigers? We are currently accepting nominations for the 2018 Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame Class of Inductees. Nominations are accepted in the three categories; athlete, builder and team.

Athlete Nomination Form
To be eligible, a nominee must have competed for Dalhousie University a minimum of two years.

Builder Nomination Form
To be eligible, a nominee must have made a significant contribution to Dalhousie Athletics other than as an athlete. This category includes coaches, administration, media or athletics supporters who contributed over a minimum of five years to Dalhousie Athletics.

Team Nomination Form
Nominees should have competed with distinction at the highest levels of athletic competition representing while Dalhousie University.

Nominations must be received by Tuesday, October 31, 2017 to be considered for the 2018 Induction.

About the Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame

The Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame is designed to recognize individuals and teams who have achieved excellence while representing Dalhousie University in athletic competition. The first induction ceremony took place in October of 2004 and continued as a biannual event until 2015 when it became a part of the Tigers annual Dinner & Auction.

The wall of fame display at Dalplex showcases inductees and is a wonderful testament to the top quality athletes, teams and builders who have been inducted to our Sport Hall of Fame. The wall of fame is located inside the Dalplex fieldhouse on the way to the Tigers home court.
