2024‑2025 Anonymous Essay and International Student Essay prizes

Congratulations to Adlie Leviten-Reid and Charlotte Milley, winners of the 2024-25 Anonymous Essay Prize in Economics, and to Bayarmaa Galt-Ochir, winner of the 2024-25 International Student Essay Prize in Economics! Adlie's winning essay, titled “Protecting Women Today for a Better Tomorrow: How the Treatment of Women Affects Child Mortality” and Bayarmaa's winning essay, titled “The Impact of Alberta's 2019 Youth Minimum Wage Reform on Youth Employment: A Triple Differences Analysis," were both written for Professor Weina Zhou's Econometrics II class. Charlotte's winning essay, titled “Money Doesn’t Grow on Trees: GDP Per Capita Growth in China and India,” was written for Professor Teresa Cyrus's Economic Rise of China and India class.
