Research Interests
Dr. Wranik’s research interests revolve around the design of financing models, governance models, policies and processes that best support Canadian health care goals. Examples include her work on remuneration and managerial governance of primary health care teams, or her work on developing clear processes for the review of evidence in drug funding decisions. She works in close collaboration with academic researchers and health care decision makers across Canada, currently including Alberta Health, Manitoba Health, Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness, and the pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review.
