The health and well-being of our students is our number one priority, and it is vital we do our part to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. The Management Career Services office is currently closed, and all staff are working from home. Summer 2021 Work Term Students

What are my options for Summer 2021?

Students who are doing a work term in Summer 2021 are expected to conduct a thorough job search. All work terms must meet the stated program requirements (minimum of 12 weeks for Commerce Co-op, 32 weeks for BMgmt Internship and Corporate Residency MBA).

Can I accept a position that involves work from home?

Yes. MCS has a process to approve virtual working and will take that into consideration when approving your work term record. Contact Management Career Services for more information.

Winter 2021 Work Term Students

What are my options for Winter 2021?

Students who are doing a work term in Winter 2021 are expected to conduct a thorough job search. As a temporary measure for this work term, Dalhousie Management Career Services will consider work terms of a minimum of 8 weeks at 35 hours per week.

Can I accept a position that involves work from home?

Yes. MCS has a process to approve virtual working and will take that into consideration when approving your work term record. Contact your Career and Recruitment Specialist for more information.
