This four-day certificate program will provide program managers with the evaluation tools needed to support tracking and reporting on performance and to help decision makers assess program or policy results.

This workshop will stress the use of program evaluation to document program outcomes, thus enhancing the roles of programs. Evaluation concepts will be discussed for their application to your workplace setting.
