Toronto Alumni Reception
Join us for a free and fascinating talk followed by a wine and cheese networking social.
Dr. Jim Barker will present on the topic of Complexity, Risk, and Movement. Risk is always ambient in any organizational situation, and how you as a manager make sense of risk "in the moment" shapes how you subsequently act to create value. Professor Barker will discuss how we perceive ambient risk as managers and how we can better cope with complexity by enhancing how we make sense of risk.
Reception: We welcome you to connect with colleagues old and new at a wine and cheese reception immediately following the presentation.
