Access to Justice Week Event: Collaborative Approaches to Modernize Child Protection in Nova Scotia

In celebration of National Access to Justice Week, members of the Schulich Law community are invited to take part in “Collaborative Approaches to Modernize Child Protection in Nova Scotia.”

In the spirit of friendship and collaboration, the event's goal is to bring together the various professionals who work in the area of child protection, including lawyers, guardians ad litem, service providers, and social workers, for a meet and greet and discussion.

The Honourable Justice R. James Williams and Professor Emeritus D.A. Rollie Thompson, KC, will discuss the roles of various actors within the child protection process and how to take a modern approach to collaborating in these cases.
