The Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security is proud to host a one-day workshop to commemorate this year’s International Day of Peace.
Discussions will explore how children are impacted by the intersections of armed violence, armed conflict, and trafficking, while also addressing the existing gaps and challenges in the implementation of the Women, Peace, and Security agenda and the Children in Armed Conflict mandate.
Participants will engage in constructive critiques aimed at improving the prevention, protection, and participation of children, emphasizing their central role in fostering global peace and security.
