The Inquiring Mind Mental Health Workshop
The Inquiring Mind is a 4-hour workshop covering three main components: stigma reduction, resiliency skills, and the Mental Health Continuum Model. The program also explores creating a supportive campus and how to support others who may be experiencing mental health challenges. The program is designed to be interactive with activities and group discussions, as well as a set of scenarios for participants to work through.
Participants registering for The Inquiring Mind workshop must attend both sessions and complete all 4 modules of training to receive their completion certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Co-Curricular Record or Course Bonus Points.
