Mini Law School: Residential Tenancies – The Basics and Beyond

Nova Scotia's Residential Tenancies program helps landlords and tenants understand their rights and extend those rights when necessary. In this free public lecture, Megan Deveaux, a community legal worker at Dalhousie Legal Aid Service, will discuss the amendments that were made last year to Nova Scotia's Residential Tenancies Act. She will also answer questions from the audience about the legal rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants in residential rental situations in the province.

Please note that this session offers general legal information that should not replace professional legal advice.
