Book Launch: Canada’s Constitutional Democracy: The 150th Anniversary Celebration

The Faculty of Law, Dalhousie University, and LexisNexis law publishers invite you to celebrate the launch of Canada’s Constitutional Democracy: The 150th Anniversary Celebration (LexisNexis, Toronto 2017)edited by The University of Ottawa Faculty of Law's Professor Errol P. Mendes, who is editor-in-Chief of the National Journal of Constitutional Law and president of the International Commission of Jurists, Canadian Section.

The landmark constitutional law and history text celebrates the 150th anniversary of Canada's Confederation through a range of historical and legal perspectives from Canada's leading legal minds on constitutional law.

Please join Professor Mendes and Schulich School of Law Professor Emeritus Wayne MacKay, author of the final chapter of the book, as they present the text and the forwards by Governor General David Johnston and Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin.
