2019 Upcoming Alumni Events

March Madness Curling Challenge - March 9, 2019

The Faculty of Health’s Strategic Plan identifies Fostering Citizenship as one of five strategic directions.  One initiative to support Citizenship and to maximize opportunities for all students, alumni, staff and faculty is to engage with and contribute to our diverse communities.  If this can be tied into an activity that also promotes general wellness, then it’s even more beneficial.  In my role as Assistant Dean of Citizenship I encourage you to consider participating in the following initiative.

We are pleased to present the MOGA (Multi-Organizational Group Activity) March Madness Curling Challenge to be held Saturday, March 9th!  Curling is a very social and recreational sport and is all about having fun.  Our event is open to all Faculty of Health members including, students, alumni, staff,  faculty and friends.  All levels of experience are welcomed.

We challenge you to gather your friends and colleagues together to have some fun. You can issue challenges across the Faculty with the primary objective of enjoying the event together during these long winter months.

Full event details and registration are now live: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/moga-march-madness-curling-registration-55827430347. Please note that the event will be cancelled on March 1st  if sufficient numbers are not reached…so register soon!

We hope you will join us…learn to curl, and enjoy being part of our fabulous Faculty of Health community!

Please note this is an alcohol free event.
