Dr. Tomblin Murphy is an internationally recognized leader in health systems strengthening, health workforce planning, nursing leadership and global health, with a strong record of policy relevant research. Gail works with researchers and decision-makers around the world to advance systematic, rigorous needs-based planning methodologies and to build leadership capacity among providers, managers, and decision- and policy-makers within health systems.
