We are proud to announce that Leah Carrier, a year 2 BScN student representing Dalhousie University, was awarded the Canadian Association of Nursing Research (CANR) award for best poster abstract at the recent Canadian Nursing Student Association (CNSA) 2016 National Conference in Sault Saint Marie, ON
Leah is the research assistant for the Evidence informed practice-related knowledge, attitudes, and practice (KAP2): Nursing, pharmacy, occupational therapy, and medicine study. In this study, co-led by Erna Snelgrove-Clarke, PhD, RN and Krista Ritchie, PhD, researchers explore how students and early career professionals use evidence in both the academic and the clinical settings.
Congratulations Leah!
