The School of Health and Human Performance was delighted to see one of our alumni, RJ Roggeveen – Therapeutic Recreation ’23 highlighted in the January edition of Dr. Kim Brooks’ The Up Beat. RJ was featured on Good Morning America as active on social media highlighting accessibility issues in the HRM and the first wheelchair user to enter medical school at Dalhousie.
RJ, who entered medical school in fall of 2023 after completing their Therapeutic Recreation degree made significant contributions to our school as a student, and we are so happy to celebrate their success.
