With generous support from The W. Garfield Weston Foundation, Wildlife Conservation Society Canada (WCS Canada) is pleased to offer research fellowships to graduate students (Master's and Doctoral). WCS Canada will award one-year fellowships of between $5,000 and $20,000 each. The amount of funding awarded will be determined in part by the applicants' financial needs and the number of applications received.
The Campus Peer Support Program is a collaborative initiative of the Stay Connected Mental Health Project, Dalhousie University and four other universities in Halifax. There are two on-campus peer support workers who provide free, non-judgemental, confidential, and safe mental health support to students.

On October 11 Dalhousie marked the 50th anniversary of Killam Trusts scholarships and fellowships at the university, awards established through the generosity of Izaak Walton Killam and his wife Dorothy J. Killam. Since 1967, the Killam Trusts endowment at Dalhousie has funded more than 1,700 graduate students and postdoctoral researchers with a total of $85 million.
Senior Women Academic Administrators of Canada (SWAAC) are offering a Graduate Student Award of Merit, valued at $3,000.00. This award is for women graduate students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the university or general community while maintaining exemplary academic records.

Universities Canada is pleased to announce the following fellowship program for which candidates must be nominated: 2018 Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships at Harvard University. Up to three (3) Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships will be awarded to students from Canada for graduate study at Harvard University.
