Dal GradPD: No time to be human: Self-care for graduate students

Are you tired of constantly feeling burnt out? Do you not even have the time to think about what you may need in order to function as a person? Is work/life balance even possible in graduate school? In this workshop we will be discussing the importance of self-care and ways to incorporate it into your busy schedule. We will visit a variety of domains of self-care (not just bubble baths or taking a walk) and generate ideas as to what may be the most beneficial for you and your mental health.
