The program also teaches about creating a supportive campus and how to support others who may be experiencing poor mental health. The program is designed to be interactive with activities and group discussions\, as well as a set of scenarios for participants to work through.\nThis workshop for graduate students is taken in two parts. The first workshop is on May 10 and the second is on May 11 from 10:00am-12:30pm. (Atlantic time) on both dates. This workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 15 to move ahead with the training. We ask that you only sign up if you can fully commit to both of these dates and times. First come\, first serve. If you sign up for this workshop\, you will be contacted to confirm your attendance. If we do not hear back from you confirming your attendance in two business days\, your position will be given to the next available person. By completing all components in these two workshops\, participants will receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.\nBecause of the length of the workshop and the content covered\, this two-part series will also contribute towards your Health & Wellbeing Experiential Learning hours for those pursuing the Dal GradPD Certificate. Depending on interest\, there may be future offerings for this workshop.\nFacilitator: Jonnie-Lyn Baron (Manager\, Student Health Promotion & Student Experience Programming)\nRegister now (registration closes May 7 at 12:30 p.m.) URL: UID: END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
