Healthy Mind, Healthy Body panel

Taking care of your body is a first step to taking care of your mind. Three experts will give tips on how to look after your body; Dr. Sara Kirk, Director of the Healthy Populations Institute will talk about healthy food habits for grads, Dr.  Laurene Rehman, Director, School of Health & Human Performance and Dr. Michelle Stone, Kinesiologist will talk about exercise and leisure, Ms. Rachele Manett, Masters student in Leisure Studies, will talk about maintaining leisure in a busy graduate lifestyle. Share your best tips with others and learn from them.
