Formatting Your Thesis
All thesis students are required to submit a copy of their thesis to FGS for an initial format check before their thesis defence. For this purpose, electronic copies of your thesis in PDF format can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your banner number and defence date in the email.
We will complete your format check within two business days. Upon completion of your format check, you will get an email from a member of the thesis team. Sometimes these emails go to Clutter and/or junk, you should monitor your email closely.
The following resources outline formatting requirements for the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The Thesis Format Guidelines document provides a full list of the criteria used by FGS while the checklist and common review comments provide a more abridged view.
