Advanced ISO 9001:2015 Implementation and Management Certificate Program

Background

The AIIM:2015 Certificate Program is a comprehensive set of three courses designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation and continual improvement of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality System. Level I is the introductory course and is the prerequisite for the next two levels. Level II will cover system documentation and implementation and is required to allow proper transition into the final level. Level III, which completes the set, will provide the basis for maintaining the Quality System and provide the fundamentals for customer satisfaction measurement and continuous improvement. This three-step process correlates to allow the student to build systematically on their knowledge and to bring together the components for an effective quality management system for the Year 2015 changes and Registration achievement.

Quality comes through a dedicated continuous improvement strategy and performance mind set. The new changes to the standard demand that companies plan, perform and demonstrate this. The new standards are focused on customer satisfaction and continual improvement and are a technically sound and more specific set of requirements for use for any type and size of organization or business.
