Drawing together the themes and learning from the previous five courses, this final capstone course requires teams to develop the full set of project management deliverables in a simulated case study project.
This course provides you with the opportunity to apply both your technical skills (Project Manager's Toolkit) and your soft skills (Project Manager's Skill Set) and knowledge in a realistic project management environment. Playing the role of project manager, teams assess project situations and make professional judgments, plan and manage the execution of project work, analyze and solve problems, and overcome roadblocks that stand in the way of achieving project success.
Prerequisite: All five preceding project management online courses.

Books for the Project Management Online courses are not included in the tuition fees. Students are responsible for purchasing their own books from either online book sellers, local book stores or online publishers. Books are mandatory and others are recommended in order to complete online assignments and readings.
