EAP Registration

If you have any problems with the registration form, please email esl@dal.ca and we will help you.

Step 1:

Complete the online application and pay the $150 registration deposit here


When you complete the online application form, you will be asked to submit your standardized test results. Please upload a scanned copy/ photo of your test report. Your application will not be processed until proof of your English language proficiency has been verified. If you have any problems with uploading your test scores, contact esl@dal.ca.

The $150 deposit can be paid on-line by credit card, or by bank transfer, or in person at our office (see below for payment details).

-When you have finished the online registration, it may take up to a few hours before you receive a confirmation email. Please be patient. You should only submit the form a second time if several hours have passed and you have not received a confirmation.

Step 2:

Wait for acceptance letters. Once we have received your online registration, within 2 weeks we will send you an email containing an acceptance letter and a letter for visa purposes.

Step 3:

Apply for study permit and student visa . You can use this visa letter and acceptance letter we send you to apply for your study permit (student visa) at your nearest Canadian Consulate. Find more information on this process on this webpage.

Step 4:

Pay for remainder of your English course. You have until 2 weeks before the start of your course to pay all the course fees. You will receive an e-mail from us containing instructions on how to do this.


Methods of Payment

Credit Card
To pay online with a credit card, follow the links in the registration form and in the confirmation email you will be sent.

Electronic Bank Transfer It is possible to pay by electronic bank transfer (EBT). Select the EBT option when you complete the registration form. You will then be sent a confirmation email the details needed to complete the transfer.
