Career Development Services II

The Career Development Services (CDS II) program is a second level certificate being offered to career development practitioners and others interested in working in this or related fields.  Designed for graduates of the Introduction to Employment Services (IES) program, there are currently four courses in development, addressing core and specialized competencies, and we anticipate that there will be additional courses offered in the years ahead.  Completion of four courses is required to achieve the CDS Level II certificate.
