The Strategic Management course examines the analysis, decisions and actions taken by management on behalf of the firm’s owners, the shareholders. We study the interaction of business with the economic, social, legal, and political environments in which they operate; the effect of environmental constraints and opportunities on business decisions; the way in which business decisions are made, implemented and measured.
