Kelle Courage is a Senior Instructor with Procept Associates Ltd who has served as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst.
She has created, facilitated and delivered training for 14 years in various sectors including higher education, manufacturing, finance, automotive, government, and the healthcare sector. Some past clients include DaVita Healthcare, Canadian Blood Services, and Best Doctors. For the past 8 years, she has worked as a consultant in healthcare strategy.
Kelle enjoys sharing her knowledge and uses her real-world experience to provide current, practical examples that bring the subject matter to life.
Kelle holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and a Digital Media diploma from Seneca at York’s Communication Arts campus.
Luigi Iacobellis is an Associate in business analysis instruction and consulting with Procept. Over the last 7 years, he has developed expertise in project management and business analysis in both the public and private sector. Throughout his career, Luigi has served as a business analyst and project manager for a variety of organizations in the financial, market research, and digital communications industries. In his most recent business analyst role for the Provincial Government, he has lead several enterprise modernization projects aimed at evolving public service operations and delivery. Luigi holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Political Science from York University, and is currently completing a certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto. Luigi is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is pursuing his Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
McLean, Terry (Aldebert)
Terry (Aldebert) McLean is the BA Practice Lead and has been a Training and Consulting Associate with Procept Associates Ltd. for more than 7 years.
Terry has been a business analyst her entire career starting in financial services in the late 90s. Her focus was electronic banking, including ABM, telephone banking and online banking, as well as the mortgage and insurance lines of business. Upon leaving financial services Terry joined the municipal government, where she was a business analyst supporting Water, Solid Waste, Transportation Services and Urban Forestry. While with the City of Toronto she also worked as a Project Manager for the 3-1-1 Project which implemented a centralized contact centre and service request application for all city information and operations. In 2010, Terry joined a provincial agency as a Senior Business Analyst working with all levels of the organization on data acquisition and management, process reengineering and software development projects. In 2013, she became the manager for a team of Business Analysts in the Strategy and Business Excellence department but still acts as a business analyst on organizational design and strategic projects.
In her current role, as Manager of Business Analysis, Terry is responsible for developing Business Analysis standards, methodologies, and processes to be used across the organization. She also supports the Business Analysis Community of Practice, as well as coaching and mentoring her team and other Business Analysts in the organization on Business Analysis best practices.
Terry’s education is in applied science, geography and politics. She has been trained on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Terry is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, and the Project Management Institute and holds the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) and PMI Project Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certifications.
Morag Robinson, MBA, CBAP, is a Senior Instructor/Consultant with Procept Associates Ltd. She has over 20 years in business analysis, project management and training roles. For the last 5 years Morag’s main focus has been on an enterprise wide business intelligence system for stores, vendors and merchants. In addition to her role as a BA on this project and many others, Morag has provided training programs for external vendors and facilitated the training of staff prior to systems implementations. Morag has also worked as project manager for a large infrastructure project and a reporting system for over 1000 vendors. Morag has presented at large business intelligence conferences in USA and Canada. Morag has an Honours BA in Psychology, an MBA from Queen’s University, and she holds the Certified Business Analysis Professional designation. Morag is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis.
Ori Schibi has 23 years’ experience providing practical new ways of managing and dealing with projects, programs, business analysis and PMOs. His experience includes driving process efficiencies, software implementations, project recoveries, PMO’s, project management skills assessments and complex programs that stabilize business, create growth and value and lead sustainable change.
Ori has extensive experience working with large to mid-sized organizations in diverse industries. These industries include Telecoms, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and government agencies (Canada, US, the United Nations).
He is also the author of the book Managing Stakeholder Expectations for Project Success. Through his book, Ori focuses on understanding stakeholders’ needs and managing their expectations, defining success criteria tied to project constraints, and performing activities that add value to the creation of the desired result and ultimately, lead to customer satisfaction.
Ori is well-versed in several agile methods and teaches agile courses at the University of Toronto and in house for the City of Toronto.
