Spanish Cooking Class
The annual Spanish Cooking Class, hosted by the Dalhousie Kings Spanish Student Society, is a student favourite! On February 8, 2018, students gathered at the Dalhousie International Centre Kitchen to watch demonstrations on how to cook traditional Spanish recipes. Led by a group of Dalhousie Spanish faculty members, students learned how to make gazpacho andaluz, guacamole mexicano, and pincho de tortilla de patatas.
While space was limited, 40 students attended the master class and participated in preping the ingredients and assisted their teachers with cooking these Spanish staples.
