A master class on Peruvian Cuisine
On November 16, 2017, students met at the Dalhousie International Centre Kitchen to learn how to cook traditional Peruvian dishes. Hosted by the Dalhousie Kings Spanish Student Society, attendees particpated in making causa limena rellena de atun and civiche de champinones.
