Congratulations to Dr. Liesl Gambold who is the recipient of this year’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Award for Excellence in Teaching! In the words of SOSA's Chair Emma Whelan: "We have all witnessed and appreciated Liesl’s deep commitment, over many years, to both our students and our department, not only in delivering a wide range of inspiring and popular courses (often in the fall, winter, and spring/summer sessions!), but also in her outstanding record of service as an undergraduate advisor, Honours seminar leader, TA trainer and ombudsperson, UEC committee member, and Undergraduate Education Coordinator, as well as past and soon-to-return GWST Coordinator".
