Halifax on a more even keel

SOSA sociologist Dr. Howard Ramos recently appeared on Global News TV to discuss a new report he has co-authored. The report, Halifax: A City of ‘Hotspots’ of Income Inequality [PDF], indicates that Halifax has greater income equality than many other Canadian cities.
