Rental Fees
Rate Card effective October 2021
This document outlines a non-exhaustive, basic fee structure for rental engagements in the Fountain School of Performing Arts venues. Additional fees may be required to fulfill certain technical requirements. Any additional expenses incurred by the Fountain School in the course of a rental engagement will be billed to the Renter on the final invoice. Space rental fees do not include mandatory labour costs or cleaning services.

| LABOUR: All rentals must be supervised by Fountain School of Performing Arts technical staff. Please note staff is employed at the discretion of the Technical Coordinator to fulfill technical requirements. Minimum crew for any event is 3. Minimum call is 4 hours. All rentals with a performance element must use Fountain School of Performing Arts Front of House Staff. All members of the Front of House staff are under the supervision of the House Manager and the Administrative Officer. Minimum staff is 3, includes House Manager and 2 ushers. Minimum call is 3 hours. | |
