Navigating the New World Disorder

This presentation will examine some of the major global security risks facing Canada in this century, in particular how climate change acts as a threat-multiplier and what this means for Canada's new foreign policy priorities.

Dr. Maria Banda is an international lawyer and Graham Fellow at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law. She writes on international and environmental law, global governance, Canada-U.S. relations, and climate change.
