This discussion will be moderated by Dr. Shelly Whitman\, Executive Director of the Dallaire Institute for Children\, Peace and Security at Dalhousie University.\nAmbassador Rae will discuss his perspective on Canada's current role at the United Nations and the challenges of promoting International Human Rights during a time of polarization of politics around the globe.
