Dr. Shannon Brownlee receives a prestigious Canada-China Scholars’ Exchange Program Grant. Dr. Shannon Brownlee and Chen Bin, an associate director at the Zhejiang University of Media and Communications, attending the Voice Dubbing Competition at the university, held as part of the International Cartoon and Animation Festival in June 2016.
