Colin Whitcomb has been teaching Land Development Economics in the School of Planning since 2012. He holds a BA in economics from UNB, a Master’s degree from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo and has been employed in the field of commercial real estate development and management in Atlantic Canada for over 30 years.
