Carl Purvis

Carl is a practicing professional planner having worked in the field of planning & development for the past 15 years. He has worked at the City of Sydney (Australia), the City of Calgary, the City of North Vancouver, and is currently the Planning Applications Program Manager at Halifax Regional Municipality. Carl holds a Bachelors of Arts (honours) from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
