Dalhousie officially celebrated the re-opening of the Cox Institute in Truro last week, about four years after a fire destroyed the academic facility's east wing, rendering it unusable.

Dal’s Faculty of Open Learning & Career Development led the development of DalOpen, which offers anyone an opportunity to take select courses at the university fully online without applying to a program.

Dal continues to rank among the top universities in the world according to this year’s QS rankings, with strongest scores related to proportion of international faculty and international student ratio.
