Agricultural Campus faculty and staff are encouraged to celebrate the achievements of our graduates by volunteering for Convocation-related activities on June 4 and 5.
This year, we’re recruiting volunteers directly to help with our Convocation activities in Truro – interested volunteers do not need to sign up using the link issued from the Convocation office.
Roles are outlined in the table below. Note that you will NOT be asked to fill all times associated with a given role (if there are multiple identified) unless you wish to. Scheduling will be based on your availability. Training for all volunteer roles will be provided ahead of time, and refreshments will be provided during volunteer shifts.
Marshals – please note if you have already volunteered to marshal students (via Dr. Nancy McLean) thank you for your support!
The success of this event relies on the contributions of everyone across our campus. We would love to have you as part of the celebration.
If you would like to participate as a volunteer, please email Colette Wyllie at colette.wyllie@dal.ca and indicate your preferred role and availability.
