The eighteen Agriculture students along with three instructors from Romblon State University (RSU) who participated in a summer Enrichment Camp on the Agricultural Campus from June 9 – 30, 2025 received their Parchments of Recognition on June 30, 2025, in a ceremony in Alumni Gardens.
The RSU group was joined by Dean Bruce, faculty and staff, to celebrate their achievements in the Comprehensive Learning Immersion Program (CLIP).
The students and instructors hailed from different disciplines - Agriculture, Fisheries and Biosystems Engineering - and enjoyed training sessions led by Dalhousie faculty and staff. During their month-long stay they visited local industries and agri-businesses and also had the opportunity to take in many local tourist attractions and celebrate Canada Day.
More than 40 Dal AC faculty and staff supported the students and instructors in their Comprehensive Learning Immersion Program (CLIP). This support was evident in labs, classrooms, and other fun recreation events. Dal AC International and Extended Learning thank our Agricultural Campus community for their generosity of time and attention.
Check out the summer camp publication RSU Times for glimpses of what they learned and where they visited during this three-week program!
