We want to announce that Craig Fraser is in a new role within the ITS Service Delivery team as Technical Campus Operational Lead.

This new role will have responsibility for campus related technical projects on Truro Campus and he will no longer be part of the ITS service desk.

Additionally, Brittany Sutherland is joining the ITS Enterprise Application Services team in her role as Application Specialist.

We will also be down one team member as Saahil Budhrani will be leaving his role as service desk analyst on the campus.  We thank Saahil for his valuable service and wish him all the best.
