Redefining Yourself after Organizational Change  

Change and Innovation is one of Dalhousie's Leadership Competencies.

Workplace behaviours for this competency include being able to:

·         Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility

·         Approach challenges and opportunities creatively

·         Address behaviours and anticipate barriers to change and innovation

The video Redefining Yourself after Organizational Change offers ideas for reinventing yourself through the change process. It discusses:

·         Skills for handling change effectively

·         How to stay motivated throughout the change

·         How to turn resistance to acceptance

·         Strategies to reframe change as positive
