Please save the date Friday October 13^th (insert ominous music here….) for our 6^th annual NSDA Truro Golf FORE! United Way Tournament. It has been a great FUNd-raiser for us over the past number of years and we’re looking forward to your continued support! This year we will be hosting the 9-hole 4-person team fun format scramble at the Mountain Golf Club in East Mountain Truro.

Tee off time will be 1:00pm with a shotgun start. Golf will be followed by pizza and prizes.

For only $30 per person (includes a power cart!!), you can have a fantastic time and help raise money for our NSDA United Way campaign.

Pizza can be purchased and an email will be sent to confirm numbers once the teams are established (pizza/pop: $5)

All money raised through this event goes toward the NSDA-Truro United Way campaign, which helps many non-profit agencies in Colchester County.

So put a team together and come on out!! Please send an email to me a Claire.HanlonSmith@novascotia.ca to register your team.

If you don’t have a team, don’t hesitate to sign up as an individual and we can try and put some teams together. This is a “for-fun” tournament and all skill levels are welcome! (Anyone outside the department is welcome, so feel free to recruit friends and family!)

Also, if anyone has any prizes to donate, we would be very grateful! Feel free to drop them off at the Lorraine Building or contact me at 902-893-4491 and I can arrange to pick them up.
