International would like to take this opportunity to thank Kendra Mellish for her service and dedication as Student Mobility Officer over the last four years, Project Officer on the PHMIL project and previously as a summer student for four summers. Kendra will be leaving the Faculty of Agriculture on 14 July 2017 to become Educational Cooperatives Coordinator at UPEI.
Through her tireless promotion of international opportunities for students, Kendra has significantly increased student participation on University wide exchanges and Faculty of Agriculture opportunities. Highlights include supporting students on the highly successful African Wildlife Ecology course and ensuring that student interns on International projects have meaningful and supportive placements. She has also increased Dal-AC community presence through developing successful international themed community events such as Foody Friday and managing the social media presence of the office.
Kendra is a fun, outgoing, motivated individual who has significantly increased the profile of student international activities. Her cheery, bubbly personality will be sorely missed.
Please join us in congratulating Kendra on her accomplishments and wishing her every success as she moves forward in her career at UPEI.
